Re-elected: Cllr Robert Wright

Selly Oak Ward councillor Robert Wright has been re-elected with a majority of 461. Speaking after the declaration of the result, Robert Wright thanked all those who had supported him and promised to work for a Cleaner, Greener and Safer Birmingham.

Robert Wright - Liberal Democrats: 2081 votes

Labour Party: 1620

Conservative Party: 956

Green Party: 546

BNP: 230

Liberal Democrat candidates also performed well in other wards across the Birmingham Selly Oak constituency.
